Do you buy houses?
YES! A major part of our business is finding and purchasing distressed properties. We strive to offer a unique solution for families that need to sell their home fast regardless of the situation. Click on our Selling Guide below for more info.
ARE YOU REALTORS?
We have special training in property acquisition and investment. Kristie is a licensed Savannah realtor with years of experience, so she knows the local real estate market and local realtors very well. This gives us a significant advantage over other real estate investment companies. Despite our experience in real estate, we do not act as realtors when we buy your home. We buy your home directly from you, and never charge a commission to buy your property.
